Catamaran Dean 440 Espace. Beautiful, robust catamaran, built by the famous catamaran builder Peter Dean from Cape Town. Very comfortable sailor.

Current owner since 2019 upgraded the boat to a liveaboard and selfsustaining piece of art.

He also owns the Facebook User Group “DEAN Catamarans”

The yacht is constantly well maintained and all equipment, electricity and technology is up-to-date and in perfect condition. All safety equipment is provided.

Plenty of living space inside but especially outside. The only DEAN and almost the only catmaran with a handmade 10 mm teak deck – laminated and screwed to the deck in 2021

The cockpit and all the living areas has been updated onto modern levels.

Very complete and equipped. A luxury sailing apartment with lots of comfort and space. Inside is a lot of woodwork, which the boat is beautiful and atmospheric. The galley is large and extraordinary equipped. Two of the four cabins are equipped with king-size beds and there is lots of privacy, 3 showers - 2 of them ensuite to the 2 mastercabins.

The cockpit is made with wood applications, very comfortable and has sun protection from the sides as well. The rear platform is large to accommodate a large family or a group of guests. The engines are in very good order and well maintained.
