The vessel is a state-of-the-art Offshore Support Vessel. With a robust length overall of 65.00 meters and a breadth moulded of 16.00 meters. This vessel exhibits impressive performance capabilities, reaching a maximum speed of 13.0 knots and maintaining an economical speed of 12.0 knots, powered by marine diesel. Its cargo capacities are notable, with a deadweight of 1650 tons, accommodating up to 600 tons of deck cargo, and offering a clear deck area of 435 square meters with a strength of 7.0 tons per square meter. It can store approximately 620 cubic meters of ballast/drill water, 590 cubic meters of fuel oil, and 420 cubic meters of potable water. The propulsion plant is powered by two Yanmar 8EY26W engines, each generating 2560 kW at 750 rpm, complemented by three CAT C18 generators. The vessel’s maneuverability is enhanced by two Schottel controllable pitch propellers in Kort Nozzles, dual electro-hydraulic steering systems, and thrusters both at the bow and stern. An emergency genset is also onboard to ensure continuous power supply.
Deck equipment includes electro-hydraulic anchor windlasses, AC-14 HHP stockless anchors, high-strength steel chains, and a powerful towing winch. The vessel is also equipped with capstans, tugger winches, a stern roller, a Karm fork, tow pins, and a telescopic crane for provisioning and cargo handling.
The navigation and communication systems are equally sophisticated, featuring a GMDSS radio console, MF/HF and VHF radios, radar systems, an IMO-approved DGPS navigator, and a digital autopilot system. The vessel boasts an array of safety equipment, including life rafts, a fast rescue craft, lifebuoys, lifejackets, immersion suits, and an H2S alarm system.
Accommodation on board is designed for comfort and efficiency, with berths for up to 50 men spread across single, double, and four-berth cabins, all fully air-conditioned with attached toilets. Additional facilities include a sick bay, officer and crew mess rooms, meeting room, common toilets, and a well-equipped workbench.
In terms of dynamic positioning, the vessel is fitted with a DPS-2 system by Kongsberg, featuring a DP operator station, dual redundant controller, independent joystick systems, and multiple sensors and position references. Fire protection includes engine-driven fire pumps, remote-controlled fire monitors, and an anti-pollution oil dispersant system.
